Is the Generator Running?
If you let your fuel run out, a refuel won’t make it run. You need to purge the system. In most cases, we can do that on-site in just 5-6 minutes so you don’t need to call a service tech.

We peek inside the machine to make sure there are no coolant leaks or loose belts. We ensure the electrical connections are secure.

We check to see if your generator is level and make sure it’s not leaking. Tilted generators won’t siphon fuel efficiently and you’ll run out of fuel faster than you should. This simple check saves you headaches and money.
